The program curriculum consists of 7 modules with 30 courses in class and 1 module online, covering Marketing, Finance, Operations, Innovation, People skills, Strategy, Change management together with Soft skills, Case work, Conferences, Company Survey and Cross-Culture.


The modules are conducted within one year; the Master Thesis (MP) six months. The education sites are alternated in China, Germany and US. After all core module study and the Master Thesis defense, Tongji and Mannheim EMBA degrees are awarded to the appliers.
